Larry was an extraordinarily smart and accomplished agent who built a company that still represents and practices the same principles he used to create the name, Kaczmarek Insurance in 1988. Having an exceptional work ethic, his long-term commitment to clients, and unwavering desire to always do the right thing made Kaczmarek Insurance Services (KIS) the business it is today.

Larry specialized in small employer and individual health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, and Medicare supplements. Building his company on the principle of putting clients first through objective advice and hands-on servicing, he personally met with and assisted all clients to ensure the best solution based on their unique needs.

He was a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and Past President of the Northeast Ohio Health Underwriters Association. Larry’s involvement with NAHU resulted in numerous awards and recognitions. He led the Legislative Committee of the Ohio Association of Health Underwriters and served on Governor George Voinovich’s Children’s Health Insurance Task Force.

He received NAHU’s Legislative Excellence Award, Distinguished Service Award, Harold G. Wetzell Award for Public Speaking, and Presidential Citation. He was also a Lifetime member of the NAHU Leading Producers Round Table among other awards and citations.

Moving forward, Kaczmarek Insurance Services will continue to carry out Larry’s vision for the company of personalized service and objective advice. His business partners – Darlene, wife and President, and Deborah Boop, Vice President and Partner, as well as our amazing staff – respectfully choose to live out Larry’s legacy to his clients.
