Coverage Options

The Medicare Solutions/Long Term Care division of Kaczmarek Insurance is here to answer all your questions about Medicare Advantage, Medigap and Part D Drug coverage.

We are anticipating many changes and want to be sure you receive an annual review.

NEW for 2025 – we are using a secure, online system through RetireFlo to collect your necessary information. This information includes doctors, hospitals, prescription drugs and the required Scope of Appointment to let us know which types of plans you would like to see. These supplemental policies allow you to choose the physicians, healthcare providers and the hospitals you know and trust with the confidence of knowing you have coverage that helps with deductibles, copayments and coinsurance. We’ll work personally with you and your family to find and design the perfect product portfolio for you and your aging loved ones.
