Debbie guides clients through the healthcare maze of options including individual, employer-based, and Medicare plans. She joined Kaczmarek Insurance Services in 2015 and became a partner in 2018. With more than thirty years of experience in insurance, she brings expertise from a variety of roles in the employee benefits arena. Employers must be aware of their benefit strategy and laws that affect them. Individuals without employer-based benefits have many insurance options to consider including health, dental, vision and life plans. Clients who are eligible for Medicare have additional options with employer-based coverage, Medicare Supplements or Medicare Advantage plans.

Debbie has earned numerous designations within the industry and is actively involved in several organizations sharing information and acting as a catalyst for positive change. She earned her Group Benefit Associate (GBA) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Wharton School of Business, Certified Insurance Industry Professional (CIIP) from the International Association of Insurance Professionals and her BA in Business/Human Resources from Cleveland State University. She is past president of the Ohio Association of Health Underwriters and currently serving on the Board of the Northeast Ohio Health Underwriters advocating for a better health insurance market. Other active memberships include the Cleveland Insurance Professionals and Cuyahoga Valley Church.
